NO MYSTERY IN THE MATH

Luck is random.
The rules aren’t.

A draw runs every 2 minutes. Every one of them publishes what it was decided from, so you never have to take our word for the result.

01

Hold, don’t deposit.

Your tokens stay in your wallet. Entry uses the balances held across the qualifying window, and the lowest one sets your ticket count — so buying moments before a draw earns nothing.

02

A look isn’t an edge.

A cat’s size and colours are cosmetic. Odds follow tickets, and tickets follow holdings: one whole token, one ticket.

03

Results before drama.

The winner is settled before the claw moves. The animation replays a result that already exists; it does not choose one.

04

A trail you can follow.

Every draw publishes its rules, its entrants, the beacon it committed to and the ticket it landed on. The Draw record link on each winner opens it.

FAIRNESS, IN THE OPEN

Where the randomness comes from.

drand quicknet

Draws are decided by drand, a public randomness beacon run by many independent organisations. It publishes a new random number every three seconds, forever, and nobody can predict one or hold one back.

  1. 01

    Commit first.

When a round closes it freezes its entrants and writes down which future drand number will decide it — seconds before that number exists. The draw record shows exactly how long before.

  2. 02

    Verify the randomness.

The beacon is checked against drand’s public key before it is used, so a forged or altered number is rejected rather than drawn from.

  3. 03

    Recompute the winner.

The entrants and the beacon are both published. Anyone can fetch that beacon from drand themselves and redo the ticket arithmetic.

The commitment is published by this site rather than written to Robinhood Chain. Its strength is the ordering it records: the beacon named did not exist when the round named it, and drand’s copy is the proof.

Before you join the colony

The qualifying window

10-minute window · at least 6 observations · maximum gap 120 minutes.

Your entry is the smallest balance observed across that window, not your balance at the close. Selling part way through counts against you for that round; topping up does not count until the window has passed over it.

Every draw, on the record.

Each winner card carries its own draw record: the entrants, the beacon, the winning ticket and the payout transaction.

A LITTLE LUCK. A LITTLE COMMON SENSE.

Play responsibly.

Prize draws are games of chance. Winning is never guaranteed, and odds depend on the number of eligible tickets. Cat size and traits do not provide a bonus.

For adults 18+ only, or the higher legal age where you live. Participation is subject to local law and the final official rules. Void where prohibited.

Token values can rise or fall. Buying or holding a token does not guarantee a prize, profit, or return. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.

Draws run on a fixed cycle. Each one publishes its record and its payout transaction.
